Checking out and placing an order means that you agree to our store policy.

INVENTORY

• All presented items in the shop are in stock and ready to be packed and shipped.

• Restocks will only be possible if there's enough demand for it.

• You can let me know what kind of merch you'd like to see from me in the future through this form~

ORDER PROCESS

• Once you've checked out, please give me about 1-4 days to prepare your package and ship it through your preferred courier. 

• Tracking numbers and other information relevant to your order will be sent via email.

• If you're a Twitch Subscriber/Patreon Member, please make sure to claim your 10% shop discount. You can get the code by contacting me through the following:

SHIPPING

• Please make sure to fill out your information correctly and provide additional notes/landmarks as well, if possible, to avoid any problems in shipping!

• Shipping may take 1-10 days depending on your location and chosen courier.

• If you've chosen J&T or Lalamove as your courier, please make sure to answer the questions at the checkout and provide your details so I can give you a quote for the shipping fee!

• Any delay that may happen after the parcel is given to the courier is out of my hands. Though I can help contact the courier for you if needed.

• You may choose between Ninja Van, J&T, or Lalamove for shipping.

• If you're not from the Philippines, please go to my international shop instead!

PACKAGING

• I use bubble mailers for packaging.

• Stickers and prints are sandwiched between recycled cardboard. 

• Please be careful when opening your package so you don't accidentally cut/damage your ordered items.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

• We do not accept refunds unless your package is lost. If this happens, I’ll fully refund the shipping fee and 50% of the items.

• Returned packages can be sent again but the buyer will cover shipping.

• If your package is lost or has been returned, please contact me ASAP through my email, Discord, or Twitter DM!
